Returns
All Nivara products fall under the non-returnable category due to the hygiene, health, and personal care nature of our products. Not eligible
Returns are not applicable if a product doesn't suit your skin type. We always recommend a patch test before use (mentioned on all packaging).
Exchange requests due to allergic/skin reactions, personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or color that cannot be backed by a quality defect are not accepted.
Replacements
Free replacement is provided within 3 days of delivery if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product. Eligible
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or a video of the product and packaging received.
Please allow 3–4 working days from receipt of your complaint for us to investigate and respond.
Unboxing video is mandatory for missing, wrong, or manufacturing defect claims. Record a 360° unboxing video from the sealed parcel to complete opening — without it, no claim can be processed. Please also include a photo of the invoice pasted on the outer box and pictures of the products received.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. Not allowed
If Nivara cancels your order for any reason, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Auto refund

We do not have a standard refund policy. However, our support team is available to assist with exceptional situations — please reach out.
For RTO (Return to Origin) orders: we will reship your order at no extra charge. No monetary refund is issued. Reship only
For lost shipments confirmed by our logistics partner: we will reship at no extra charge. No monetary refund is issued. Reship only
For wrong products received: a return is initiated and the correct product is reshipped. No monetary refund is issued. Reship only
